Porcelain Paving Installations in Stow on the Wold
We provide professional porcelain paving installation services for patios, garden paths and outdoor spaces throughout Stow on the Wold. Porcelain offers reliable colour retention, low maintenance needs and exceptional durability that conventional paving materials just can’t deliver.
Porcelain paving works beautifully for various outdoor areas in Stow on the Wold, including:
- Patios and seating areas – The non-porous finish prevents staining from spills, food and garden furniture
- Pathways and walkways – Maintains colour vibrancy without fading, guaranteeing long lasting visual appeal
- Pool and spa surrounds – R11-rated varieties deliver excellent slip resistance in wet conditions
Porcelain requires different preparation work compared to natural stone. Our installations utilise either a concrete base with adhesive fixing or a pedestal system for elevated installations like roof terraces. The concrete base approach involves creating a 100mm reinforced concrete slab, then securing tiles with flexible adhesive and applying specialist grouting compounds to ensure proper porcelain bonding.
We consistently recommend resin grout for porcelain installations, as it offers flexibility, superior weather protection, and can be colour-matched to either blend with or contrast against the porcelain tiles.
For patio areas, we can employ a sand-and-cement bed installation comparable to natural-stone methods, though the adhesive approach delivers better long-term stability. Installation timescales generally range from 2 to 4 days for a typical patio project from beginning to end.
Beyond porcelain paving, we provide additional surfacing solutions for your outdoor areas, including paving, limestone patios, wooden fencing and more.

Fabulous job from Summit Driveways, a hard working team and the service was seamless from initial quote through to finished driveway. We are extremely pleased, and would highly recommend.
After getting several quotes for a new drive I decided to go with Summit. As well as a very competitive quote, I am also very pleased with the quality of the work undertaken, and the care taken during construction.
Summit Driveways have recently installed a new driveway at my property. Rob visited to discuss my requirements and answer any questions that I had. He supplied a detailed quote that was reasonably priced. Given the current hot weather the team were hard working. They arrived promptly and left the site tidy at the end of each day. A professional company who I highly recommend.
